Here, we would to present on another updates on the usuage of the extra funds. There are a few amendments made where there is a change in the price of the cargo shipments for the orphanages sports shoes, bag and socks. Also, we would like to extend gratitude there is a pledger that still helps us in supporting this crowdfunding with RM50 to help us in this campaign. Therefore, with a few amendments made and rounding adjustments as well, here is the financial report below from the expenses that has been done as of 16th August 2020 (Sunday):

Based on the financial report and the appendices above, we can see here that there are a few changes that has made. There are changes in the cargo shipment price for the orphanges sports shoes, bag and socks. The total weightage for the cargo shipment is 120KG from west Malaysia to Labuan Federal Territory. Also, with the extra funds, with much discussion from the team and the management team of Darul Kifayah, we have decided to purchase body wash and hand wash for the orphanges at Darul Kifayah. This is for safety purposes with the reopening of Darul Kifayah and also, this helps the orphanages to stay clean and fresh and be able to do all sports activity that they loved. We also use the extra funds for car rental, fuel oil and miscellaneous expense such as parking fee as shown in the financial report and appendices. Therefore, based on all the financial report that has shown, we have successfully used all the funds from the support of our lovely and dearest pledgers. Once again, we would like to say Thank You from the bottom of our hearts to all the pledgers for supporting this campaign and making it into a reality also, in helping this orphanages to achieve the dream in sports. Here, we would like to present the financial report and updates on the usage of extra funds. The financial report below shows the expenses that has been done with the extra funds as of 21 July 2020 (Tuesday):

Based on table 2, this is the financial report on updates of the usage expenses from extra funds. We have discuss this matter with the management team of Darul Kifayah, Puan Fatimah and we as team had decided to purchase bed sheet sets included with the pillow sheet for 82 orphanages. The colour of the bed sheet sets with the pillow is in blue colour as this is recommended by Puan Fatimah for the orpahanages. Also, why we decided to purchase bed sheet is because this is another neccessities for the orphanages for them to sleep well in their rooms with the reopening of Darul Kifayah. Next, with the extra funds we had utilize it for postage for 33 units pledgers' gifts from West Malaysia to be delivered to their addresses provided. Plus, with the extra funds, we also use it for fuel oil car expense for one of our team members purchasing the bed sheets and delivering the postage pledgers' gifts. All of this expenses had been done in 21 July 2020 (Tuesday). In addition, with the extra funds, we also utilize it for cargo shipments for pledgers gifts sabah and labuan also, for sports shoes, socks, sports shoes bag of the orphanages to be given to them.

As we can see here, after deducting all of the expenses used from this extra funds, there is a new balance of extra funds which is RM419.54. This new balance fund will be utilize to the maximum for other purposes as well. At first, our team had discuss regarding purchasing hand sanitizer but, after a long deliberation, we decided with the balance of funds, we will donate some amount of the fund to Kompleks Darul Kifayah for them to use to help the orphanages and some amount of the fund will be use for car rental and fuel oil expenses for us as team to carry the sport shoes packages to the Darul Kifayah to give it to the orphanges during the giving ceremony.

First of all, we from The Powerful 22 group that conducting this crowdfunding campaign "Dream Shoes for the Special Ones" would like to express our gratitude for supporting this crowdfunding by donating towards this campaign. Also, with all of your support, our goal in helping this orphanages can become a reality and the orphanages can have a really good sport shoes which can help them achieving their sports dream. Here is the expenses for the purchasing gifts for our dearest pledgers and purchasing of sports shoes, socks, sports shoes bag for the orphanages from the financial report provided below:

Based on table 1 of this financial report, the funds that we received, we have utilize the funds in purchasing gifts for our beloved pledgers and sport shoes, socks and sports shoes bag for the orphanages. As it can be seen here, there is extra funding of RM2276.54 after buying the gifts, sport shoes, socks and sports shoes bag. Therefore, after having discussion within this group and also with the management team from Kompleks Darul Kifayah MAIWP Labuan, Puan Fatimah, with the extra funds, we will utilize it to purchase bed sheets, pillows for the orphanages as this is also another neccessities that they really need. Also, we will purchase hand sanitizer with the extra funds for Kompleks Darul Kifayah for safety purposes with the pandemic that is going on and also the reopening of Kompleks Darul Kifayah. In addition, with the extra funds, we will utilize it to the maximum for miscallaneous expenses such as postage for the gifts of our dearest pledgers, cargo shipments for the gifts, sports shoes, socks, sports shoes bag from west Malaysia to Labuan. Plus, with the extra funds, we will use it for car rental and fuel expenses to deliver the sports shoes to the orphanages for the giving sports shoes ceremony. We promise that all the support of funds from our beloved pledgers utilize to the maximum in helping this orphanages.

Greetings everyone! Salam ramadan to all muslim in the world.

Before the movement control order (MCO), my group and I were lucky enough as we managed to meet the school principal for further discussion regarding our campaign. It was an honoured for us to directly meeting the principal, Mr. Abd Fatah Hafiz and decided our campaign purposes and content that suitable to what are needed for the school and the orphanage. 

During our meeting, we've seen that sport shoes are what is needed by the kids. We also managed to interviewed a 10 years old boy during our visit to the school compound. He told us that he was chosen by the school team to represent his school football team to a district level. However, as he did not own any sport shoes/football boots, he was eliminated from the team. It was so heartbreaking to hear that. A kid with big heart and dream has to stop from chasing his dream to be a professional footballer as he did not own any shoes for sport activities and he knew he could never afford that. 

That is why we are here to help these special kids to have their dream shoes. Join us to help these kids by supporting our campaign with at least RM 10! Thank you for your generosity!
