To our dearest pledgers,
Here, we would to present on another updates on the usuage of the extra funds. There are a few amendments made where there is a change in the price of the cargo shipments for the orphanages sports shoes, bag and socks. Also, we would like to extend gratitude there is a pledger that still helps us in supporting this crowdfunding with RM50 to help us in this campaign. Therefore, with a few amendments made and rounding adjustments as well, here is the financial report below from the expenses that has been done as of 16th August 2020 (Sunday):

Based on the financial report and the appendices above, we can see here that there are a few changes that has made. There are changes in the cargo shipment price for the orphanges sports shoes, bag and socks. The total weightage for the cargo shipment is 120KG from west Malaysia to Labuan Federal Territory. Also, with the extra funds, with much discussion from the team and the management team of Darul Kifayah, we have decided to purchase body wash and hand wash for the orphanges at Darul Kifayah. This is for safety purposes with the reopening of Darul Kifayah and also, this helps the orphanages to stay clean and fresh and be able to do all sports activity that they loved. We also use the extra funds for car rental, fuel oil and miscellaneous expense such as parking fee as shown in the financial report and appendices. Therefore, based on all the financial report that has shown, we have successfully used all the funds from the support of our lovely and dearest pledgers. Once again, we would like to say Thank You from the bottom of our hearts to all the pledgers for supporting this campaign and making it into a reality also, in helping this orphanages to achieve the dream in sports.
