启发于身为家庭照顾者的贾思米，为了让家里患有三高的长辈吃些健康的食物，
她尝试外出打包&上网订购，发现都不合适。
外面卖的营养餐价格昂贵，不均衡饮食，且大多主打减脂餐。
茶餐室里的食物又重口味，过咸，过油，过甜...
身为饮食治疗师的她，很清楚知道这样的饮食绝对不适合有三高疾病需求的人。
于是，她决定和团队一起建立一个平民化的营养餐摊位@Kopitiam/Food Court，让更多的人能够更轻易，更经济，更安心地吃到由专业营养师搭配的健康餐。
因为她相信，PREVENTION is better than cure.

很多人都对菌菇情有独钟！菌菇是有如神一般存在的植物，菌菇无需依靠阳光及水来生长，只要提供它一块腐木及潮湿的环境既能生长得很好。
这个种植鸡腿菇及草菇的众筹项目，是希望能够增加菇房数量/内部结构，增加双菇的产量，使市场上能多几种菇类选择。
种植双菇的原材料及种法非常有机健康，即是使用被萃取后的油棕空心梗经过短时间发酵后当成原始材料，再撒上菌种等其蔓延生丝即可有产量。一般上，等成菇后即能采上10天左右，之后再把废弃物当成植物肥料。所以，油棕空心梗的用处从开始至结束都有完美的去处。
