On the 12th of March 2022, what was meant to be a fun trek up Gunung Tahan turned tragic for one trekker.
Raja Azlan Shah Raja Abdul Aziz, 51 at the time of the incident, lost his life on the mountain, leaving behind his wife and three children.
Three years on, his wife, Nor Zaharah Sham Shamsul Bahar also known as Zara, continues her fight to uncover the truth about what really happened during the expedition that led to her husband’s death.
This documentary follows the life of Raja Azlan Shah, a Malaysian outdoor enthusiast who tragically lost his life during his first-ever mountain expedition with friends at Gunung Tahan. In the aftermath of his passing, his wife has spent the past three years searching for answers. Despite her tireless efforts, she has faced inconclusive explanations, a silence that has fueled her suspicion that negligence may have played a role, and that her husband could have been saved.
As she prepares to retrace his steps to Gunung Tahan, this documentary explores the fragments he left behind: the people involved, the decisions made, and the unspoken truths that emerged after his death. Through interviews with family members and experts, documentation, and her ongoing search for answers, the film aims to objectively explore the events leading up to his death and support the pursuit of truth and justice for Raja Azlan Shah and his family.

We are Team 100% of Taylor’s University’s School of Engineering and we are carrying out a crowdfunding project to help the children of Global Street Mission (GSM) home. The purpose of us doing this project is to raise funds for them to pay their monthly rent. As we all know, rent nowadays is expensive and in the case of this children’s home, they require a large house as there are 13 children needing a roof to live under. Thus, our team, which consists of 6 group members, is trying to do all we can to help lessen the burden of the children’s home. We believe that the less fortunate should be helped to the best of our abilities as they are human beings too. Although we are not able to entirely change their situation, a little bit of help will go a long way in seeing that these children will have a house to live in for years to come.
