2）凌晨零点即时入住
基于长期行动管制令的惯性，市场上没有提供零点后能够即时购买并入住理想单位的平台。
3）容纳3个人以上的居家式单位
满足以上条件并且凌晨零点后即时入住的情况，甚至酒店 （单间）也难以满足。根据我们的查询，目前没有平台能够解决这个问题。
4）提供外送服务
在深夜如若用户有额外的需求如：酒水、零食和食物等等。尤其有些地点在比较偏远的地方，也不方便购买。
