A project titled “Sunlight to Streetlight: A Community Solar Project” is an initiative by the BRIGHTHUB group for the SULAM program under the course GT30203 International
Corporate Finance. This group consists of 10 students from the International Financial Economics Program, Universiti Malaysia Sabah Labuan International Campus (UMSKAL).
The project aims to install solar-powered streetlights for the Kampung Patau-Patau 2 community. This is because the community still relies on bridges as its main pathways, which
currently have insufficient lighting. The project aims to help the community enhance safety awareness, environmental sustainability, and provide exposure to the concept of crowdfunding.

我是Catherine Pang甜大姐，也是甲洞洪记糖水的传承人。
相信传统糖水是很多人的回忆。随着时代的发展和忙碌，大家开始注重养生和低糖低卡的饮食习惯。有些人会认为喝糖水会增加血糖的负担，再加上最近很多新颖的饮料选择，渐渐地这个属于中华文化的传统糖水逐渐少了。
我决定用传统糖水的食材再加上来自日本的fibersol - 2 创新为高纤维低糖低卡的健康饮料，让大家的健康能够更好的守护，也让传统糖水的文化继续延续下去。

早于2005年，James 便独自远赴怡保向师傅学习制作点心的精髓，并创立了水上飘包饺点心店，从此打响了【水上飘】的名号！
如今，James 虽然改变了水上飘的经营模式(从点心转为饱餐)，虾米辣椒从此脱离香港点心猪肠粉的配料身份，脱颖而出变成主角，成为独家秘方的酱料。
辣椒采用了巴生五条港的虾米，配上辣椒干和葱油酥，研制出香脆独有的口感,未来更是展望成为巴生独有的土产 。

There is a lot of restaurant owner owned a lot of empty space in their dinning area, ECA is a platform to sell their space to company who wanted to do Banner advertisement in low cost but high efficient. At the same time, restaurant will be promote at different TV, and those food menu video will be showing too. ECA will show itself to the market in the future, and proven working business model.
