Hi, everyone! We are the current batch of first year law students from the University of Malaya and in conjunction with our university's Social Engagement course, a project will be carried out to help the Orang Asli community (1048 people in total) at Desa Temuan Settlement near Damansara Perdana. This project requires manpower and financial resources, however it is the latter which we are lacking right now. Hence, it is our humble request for your kind help in providing some cash assistance to facilitate our project. Our project objectives include, but are not limited to: 1. Providing free tuition classes for the Orang Asli children. 2. Repairing any damaged furniture or infrastructure which requires fixing, or replacing them with new ones . 3. Organising "Hari Keluarga" (Family Day) for the Orang Asli. 4. Assisting the Orang Asli in marketing their handicraft. 5. Purchase utensils or equipment according to the needs of the Orang Asli. As much as we are committed into making this project a success, it is our sincere hope that we receive support to propel us to greater heights. Together, all of us can build a better environment for the Orang Asli, and we strongly believe that no Malaysian deserves to be left behind.

We are a class of students under the Faculty of Mass Communication and Media Studies of UiTM Rembau. For our final semester, we have planned a CSR project which will be held at Yayasan Cahaya Mutiara in Ubud, Bali. The location is chosen as it will benefit us greatly by helping those in need as well as the cultural exchange between Indonesia and Malaysia. We believe that apart from saddling the responsibilities in building a better international bond, we are also grabbing every opportunity we can to help communities as well as bringing the name of the university on a international front.
