INTRODUCTION JK Grocer is one of the first online grocery store which aims to offer a wider range of products to our customers. Besides, JK Grocer will provide quality and affordable products to help people in achieving their convenient lifestyle. It would be just a tap of a button. JK Grocer aimed to achieve a new retail O2O (online to offline), which is providing an online platform and offline retail store for our customers to offer a higher level of their shopping experience. Besides, we are the first Malaysian online grocery platform that aimed to send the goods to our customers in 45 minutes within a 3km basis. WHAT WE DO? We do provide a wide range of goods especially common goods for an affordable price. Besides, We will provide a fresh market on our platform also. So, our customers would be more convenient when they are placing the order. This is because the goods that we offered would be sufficient for their daily usage. Besides, we will also provide a special column which is based on one of our slogan, ‘Eco’. The special column is selling the goods which are fixed at a price for RM 2/3/4. This makes our customers more affordable. THE CHALLENGES Nowadays, the world economy gets worse due to the trade war between the U.S. and China. The retail market started to has a downward trend. The buying power within the market, especially the consumer, become weaker. So, the challenge for us is to provide the goods that’s everyone can afford instead of a bulk buy for a particular good. The second challenge for us is the delivery fees. We aimed to provide a lower delivery fee to our customers to minimize their cost of purchasing. This is because we found that the consumers are still facing this problem, delivery fees quite high especially Malaysia, in which the basic infrastructure of E-commerce is not that complete compared to China. The third challenge for us is the fresh market. Another challenge is we are a start-up company, although we are a 100% Malaysian company, we still have a big competitor in the market such as Tesco Malaysia, happy Fresh which is from Indonesia. Our Solution 1) Purchasing power went down – we offer a lower range of price which is “Eco” to our customers to make sure everyone can afford it. 2) Delivery fees – we offer a package which is one of the lowest costs of delivery for our customers by cooperating with certain companies and so on. 3) Fresh market – we do only offer for a certain area and it would be only available for instant delivery order. We have to select the right and better supplier to provide a good quality of goods to our customers. Why are we Different? - There is not having any trouble of looking whether it has a slot or not for the delivery part of the order that has to be placed for our customers as long as there is rider accept the order. * For the instant delivery order. - There are no “Eco” priced products selling that wide for the range of products in the other online platform in Malaysia currently. - Why Invest in JK Grocer? 1) Foreseen great future for the revenue model. It would be having a significant rising in the revenue for this industry which is the online grocery industry. 2) Great market potential. There are still many consumers haven’t get into this market. This is because they are not that familiar with online grocery shopping yet . Especially in that non-capital city of the other state. For example, Pahang. There is huge market potential. This is because it is don’t even have a competitor for this industry in Pahang State. 3) First Mover advantage. JK Grocer will be one of the first market players in Pahang and other small city of the other state for this industry.

PAWE MV Tech Crazz aims to maximize a vision of serving the senior community for digital transformation.Under a series of our PAWE MV Tech Crazz, we provide two main trainings to the seniors in Malaysia. 1) Waste to Craft training : This training is to train the seniors to use unused item such as plastic bottle, straws or paper, and turn them into useful items or craft that can eventually sell in the market. We collect used household items and recycling items such as plastics, paper, clothes, aluminium, glasses and turn them into beautiful craft like bag, household ornaments, stationery and so forth . PAWE MV Tech Crazz team will provide the 'waste to craft' training to the senior citizens in a series of training. Throughout the training, the senior citizens will learn the waste to craft skills by increasing their memory and problem-solving skills. When the seniors are happy and enjoy doing such craft, this indirectly helps them to reduce any dementia or memory loss risk. The expected output will be the beautiful craft and the seniors will be taught how to upload to an online e-Commerce platform for promotion and selling. They will also be encouraged to share it online with others for competition or showcase purpose. The ultimate goal is to transfer the waste to craft skills to senior citizens, and help them to age gracefully and obtain financial independence. 2) ICT Training (Digital transformation Training): This training is to train the seniors to be more competent and kept them abreast with the latest technology, especially with mobile technologies and apps. Example of using mobile apps, all online platform tools, social media (YouTube, Facebook) digital marketing and solving their problems with current technologies, 3D printing.
