The purpose of the paperwork is to seek for the approval to purchase necessary assets that needed by the center in financial aspect. Donating the necessary asset, which is personal computer to the Autism Center UMSKAL. The computers in the autism center is superannuated. We decided to replace the old and erred computers with new and the latest one. By donating new personal computer, it will be useful for the kids on their knowledge and on developing their skills.

福州征东饼有来头，充干粮屡战屡胜。被誉为优秀的中华传统文化，搏大精深。即使是族群中，各种籍贯的人，也会有各自的传统风俗，甚至连美食都有不同的历史和文化背景。也许很多人不知道。「征东饼」是怎么样的一种饼。这就是福州籍人非常重视的食品文化之一的「征东饼」来源的历史。
在明末年间，中国福建省沿海一带遭受倭寇的侵犯，民不聊生。当时，在福州县内的榕城，出现一位将军戚继光，为对抗倭寇而召集民兵参与作战，但在战场上交锋下，他的军队屡战屡败。一日其部队捉到数名倭寇，并在
他们身上搜出用竹叶包裹的饭团，戚继光才恍然大悟，原来敌方的军队备有充足的粮食充饥，不用饿着肚皮行军，因此才会在战场上屡战屡胜。过后戚继光便召集群众制作「烧饼」同时将烧饼间中插一小孔用绳串连，挂在颈项充作日常干粮。自此之后，戚继光的军队军心大振，在战场中作战更屡战屡胜，戚继光也因此成为民族英雄。世人为了纪念戚继光的功绩，因此将有关烧饼取名为「征东饼」而征东饼的名称从此便流传世代。现在再经过我改良加上有馅饼，如叉烧，菜，豆沙，花生，等等...
