ABOUT PROJECT
The crowdfunding campaign is mainly aimed to build a small speaking corner for the students of SJK(C) Chi Wen. It is anticipated that this will have a good effect on the entire school community. The principal objective of constructing a modest speaking platform in a primary school is to provide children with a defined space for learning and exhibit their abilities in public speaking. The speaking corner functions as a platform for students to cultivate self-assurance, communicate their ideas proficiently, and demonstrate their thinking in front of their audience. The school strives to cultivate communication skills, enhance self-confidence, and equip pupils for future academic, professional, and personal pursuits that necessitate proficient oral communication by providing a designated area for speaking activities. The funds will also be allocated towards the construction of an additional seating area for kids in the designated waiting area at completion of their school day. The additional of seating area would provide students with a comfortable and relaxed environment to wait for transportation or for parents or guardians to pick them up.
Kempen crowdfunding ini mempunyai matlamat yang sangat baik untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pendidikan pelajar di SJK(C) Chi Wen. Pembinaan sudut ceramah kecil dan penambahan ruang tempat duduk tambahan akan memberi impak yang positif kepada pelajar serta menyokong pembangunan kemahiran komunikasi mereka.
Dengan menyediakan platform pertuturan sederhana di sekolah rendah, ini membantu memupuk keyakinan diri pelajar dan menggalakkan mereka untuk berbicara di hadapan orang ramai. Kemahiran komunikasi lisan yang kukuh adalah aset penting dalam kehidupan, baik dalam konteks akademik mahupun profesional. Dengan memberi peluang kepada pelajar untuk berlatih dan memperbaiki kemahiran ini seawal mungkin, sekolah memberikan mereka kelebihan yang besar dalam kehidupan dewasa.
Selain itu, penambahan ruang tempat duduk tambahan di ruang menunggu akan memberi keselesaan kepada pelajar ketika menunggu pengangkutan atau ibu bapa menjemput mereka. Ini juga mencipta persekitaran yang lebih mesra dan santai, yang penting untuk kesejahteraan emosi dan psikologi pelajar.
Secara keseluruhannya, kempen crowdfunding ini tidak hanya memberi manfaat kepada pelajar secara langsung, tetapi juga kepada komuniti sekolah secara keseluruhan. Semoga usaha ini berjaya mencapai matlamatnya dan memberi impak yang positif kepada pelajar SJK(C) Chi Wen.
RISKS AND CHALLENGES
Even though our team is excited about the consequences that might result from this campaign, we are also aware that there are a number of dangers and obstacles that we will have to overcome in order to accomplish what we have set out to do.
These risks include:
1. One of the primary risks is not reaching the targeted funding goal. It is quite challenging for us to collect a total amount of fund for RM2,500. If the campaign fails to attract enough donors or support, it may not raise sufficient funds to cover the costs of construction and implementation.
2. It is very difficult to collect a large amount of fund in a short period of time. With a short timeframe, there is less time to spread awareness about the crowdfunding campaign. This means fewer people may hear about the initiative, reducing the pool of potential of donors who can contribute to the project. We also face problem of finding a suitable collaborator in short period of time. In a short period of time, we are limited by opportunities to identify and establish partnerships with suitable collaborators who can support the campaign.
3. Furthermore, even with care planning, there may be some unforeseen circumstances. There could be some unexpected expenses such as shipping costs, marketing fees, or unexpected repairs that can cause the campaign's budget to exceed initial projections.

Pledgers will receive an E-certification from our group when they donates at minimum support amount which is RM10 and when the support amount is less than RM250.
