COFTEE F&B PLT incorporated since Sept 2016, the dream starts to seeding from a waffle kiosk.
This is our company founder, Sky Tee who is a waffle lover.
He had visited and tried all the waffle kiosk in UUM Sintok campus. However, all the taste are very disappointing and making him come out with the idea of making waffles that he loves to eat by himself. Start with zero experience in the waffle making, but due to constantly improving on our recipe, we succeed to expand our waffle business operation from 1 to 4 waffle kiosks today within UUM campus within 2 years period.
Over this 2 years, the first waffle that made from the kiosk's operation is our founder's breakfast. The routine still practices until now, as we can see how our founder passionate and love crazily over the waffle.
Due to our 101% passion, high expectation and strict quality controls of our team toward the waffle, we earn numerous loyal customers especially Malays, and this helps us to almost monopoly the waffle market in UUM

Even though our company's size is very small, but we believe that employees are always the precious fortune of a company. Therefore, our founder will do dinner and bonus are given to those top performance workers at the end of every semester, no matter each of the workers able to commit to work with us only one semester (3-4months). This aligned with the corporate culture that set by our founder of which is Appreciation, Sharing and Love.
As our founder, Sky Tee is expected to be graduate officially in this Nov 2018, plus the market concentration is almost maximum, thus we start to prepare, evolve and transform our business model in order to compete with the real world.
The waffle market has a huge market potential regardless of local or overseas market. We can easily spot the waffle kiosk in every shopping mall or market nowadays. There is success waffle business brands, eg. Daily's Fresh, and Nelson's, where holds a majority portion of market share. No matter financially nor capability, we are going to lose for sure if we still practising the traditional business model.
We cross over the waffle with Subway's sandwiches, to become WaffleBoy, making it not just only a kind of dessert, but a series of a menu of the meal. There is a huge customer base in Malaysia, supported by Malays who are the majority races in Malaysia. We believe we could lead waffle into a new ear, becoming the new definition of the waffle.
Fill up the appetite of waffle lover with WaffleBoy's love.
Born locally, eyeing internationally. We wish to write a new chapter for the waffle.
Grab & Go Fast Food Model
The first WaffleBoy's outlet planned to be set up at Straits Garden, Jelutong, Penang, located strategically. There are a lot of tourists in that areas as there is a lot of Airbnb's room offered, especially European. In the morning, there are none of the food courts within walking distance, hence there has the high demand for food restaurant, and we going to derive from it.
We going to use containers as our theme for our cafe's design and practising an open-air casual style because the area is windy all the time, either morning, afternoon or night. With this unique design, we strongly believe that we would be able to attract a mass of teenagers to come and check-in, then we use the taste of our menu to ensure the first-time customers will pay the visit again and eventually become our loyal customers.

Currently, we're preparing the architecture planning in order to get the permission from Majlis Bandaran Pulau Pinang(MBPP). The forecasted initial start-up capital for the entire project is around RM100,000, including renovation, furnishing, utensils as well as the ingredients for food preparation.
Hence, we wish to attract and approach investors through crowdfunding by taking part in Dream Factory. Return on investment (ROI) is estimated at 15-30% per annum if calculate conservatively. Interested investors may discuss further during tea-time session with our founder.

他跑遍他大学,整个UUM却找不到一家好吃的Waffle,因此他就想又自己开始这个生意,以满足Waffle爱好者的渴望。从零经验开始,不断的摸索和改变,我们成功在短短两年里扩张至如今的4个档口。这两年里,每天营业所做的第一片Waffle都是我们发起人的早餐,可见他对Waffle的那份执着与热忱。鉴于传承我们对Waffle 有着101% 的热忱,高要求和严格的品质管理,因此成功获得了UUM庞大忠实的顾客群,主要是友族同胞,也让我们几乎垄断了UUM的Waffle市场。

WaffleBoy打入市场的第一间店,计划设在Straits Garden, Jelutong, Penang,地点位置适中。基于楼上是airbnb,入住率高,所以拥有庞大的游客群,尤其是洋人,再加上早上时段附近步行距离都没有饮食中心,所以有一定的潜在顾客群体。
我们将以集装箱为主题(Container Café),以露天休闲风格去打造环境,因为无论是早上,下午还是晚上,此地段凉风不断。我们相信WaffleBoy将会掀起一股年轻人的打卡风潮,给他们第一次尝试后,用味蕾来绑住顾客的胃再让他们回来光顾。

现阶段我们在做着场地规划和构图,征求着槟州MBPP市议会的项目批准。整个项目预计需要至少RM100,000的启动资金来完成此项目,包括装修,家私,用具,及食材。
因此我们想透过这个圆梦大赛来招募项目投资者,保守估计2-3年内可以回本 ,回凑介于一年15%至最高30% 。有兴趣投资者,可以和我们的创办人喝茶点细谈详情。

Here is my life journey of business: Founder/Co-Founder of JSKY Communication Marketing in 2013 during my Form 6 study, marketing TM and Umobile service plans. In 2014, partnership bleached and formed JSKY Network myself and continue marketing TM products. Due to business conflict with TM, the company was closed in 2015 and formed a new business entity named Tee Network Enterprise. In Aug 2016, after I attended my life-changing course, named "Millionaire Mind Intersive" by T. Harv Eker, I made my decision to change my industry from Sales & Marketing to Food & Beverage as I believe the theory of "Do what you love, and money will follow". Therefore I incorporated Coftee F&B PLT in October of the year and until now, I still strike hard for it
