Vouchera is a Malaysian-developed smart coupon and local deals platform that connects consumers, merchants and local business Agents in one ecosystem.
Consumers can open the Vouchera App to discover nearby merchants, coupons, promotions and local Events based on their location.
Merchants can publish coupons, promote their businesses and use customer-retention tools to attract new customers and encourage repeat visits.
Agents can use Vouchera to develop and manage their own local merchant network.

Vouchera Temporary Merchant Package

No annual membership fee.
Includes:
3,000 UI Credits
Suitable for hawkers, night-market sellers, morning-market sellers, event booths, pop-up merchants, short-term businesses and merchants without a permanent physical shop.
Temporary Merchants can publish coupons and participate in suitable Vouchera Events.
1 UI Credit = capacity for 1 coupon quantity.

The US$2,000 Platform Business Credit is not cash and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash. It can only be used for eligible Vouchera platform business purposes.

Why Are We Raising RM30,000?
The current Vouchera platform is already operational.
The RM30,000 funding target is mainly intended for the next major platform upgrade.
Our next vision is to make Vouchera more than a platform where users browse coupons.
We want Vouchera to become a practical local request and discovery platform that helps users quickly find nearby businesses or service providers based on what they actually need.
Vouchera is not intended to become a social-media platform.
The purpose is simple:
Users tell the App what they need, and Vouchera helps find suitable nearby merchants or service providers.
For example:
Air-conditioning repair
A user may enter:
“I need someone to repair my air conditioner.”

The system can check registered service providers nearby, identify businesses offering air-conditioning repair and notify suitable providers.
Emergency car repair
If someone's car breaks down late at night, the user could enter:
“Is there a mechanic nearby who can help me now?”

Vouchera would search for registered automotive or repair service providers within the relevant area and notify suitable nearby merchants.
This could make it much easier for users to find help even when they do not already know which business to call.
Finding affordable food nearby
A user could enter:
“Is there any food within 1 km for RM5 or less?”

The platform would search available merchant information, offers and coupons and return results that match the user's location, distance and budget.
Instead of requiring the user to manually search through many shops, websites or social-media pages, the system would help narrow down the relevant options.
The Future Direction of Vouchera
Our longer-term goal is to make Vouchera a bridge between what consumers need and what nearby businesses can provide.
Today:
Merchant publishes an offer → Consumer discovers it.
Our next stage aims to support:
Consumer expresses a need → Vouchera finds suitable nearby businesses → Relevant merchants can be notified.
This creates value on both sides.
Consumers can find what they need more quickly.
Merchants gain another opportunity to be discovered by customers who are actively looking for their products or services.
Proposed Use of the RM30,000
The funding is planned for the next-stage upgrade, including:
RM12,000 – Smart Request Matching System
Development of the request-processing and merchant/service matching functions.
RM5,000 – Location & Distance Matching
Improving GPS, radius-based searches and nearby merchant/service-provider matching.
RM4,000 – Merchant Notification System
Allowing suitable registered merchants to receive relevant customer-request notifications.
RM3,000 – Search, Filters & Matching Rules
Matching requests by category, price, distance, availability and other relevant criteria.
RM3,000 – App & Backend Integration
Connecting the new request functions with the existing Vouchera App, merchant system and database.
RM2,000 – Testing, Security & Quality Assurance
RM1,000 – Infrastructure and Deployment Costs
Total: RM30,000
The purpose of this funding is therefore not to build Vouchera from zero.
It is to upgrade an already-developed platform into the next stage of local merchant and service discovery.

We want Vouchera to become a useful everyday App.
Whether someone wants to:
find a nearby meal within a certain budget, discover a promotion, locate a beauty service, find an air-conditioning technician, look for a mechanic during an emergency, or discover a nearby merchant that can provide a specific product or service,
the goal is for Vouchera to make that search easier.
