Fund Statement STRAY FURRY FRIENDS: SPAY & NEUTER and Bank-in slip from Mystartr
Table above provides a new comprehensive overview of the financial management for our campaign "STRAY FURRY FRIENDS: SPAY & NEUTER" aimed at supporting stray animals in Labuan. Initially projected to receive RM 2,865.00 after taxes and service charges, our community's overwhelming support boosted our total funds to RM 3,594.76.
A significant portion of these funds, RM 3,050.00, was allocated to Jabatan Perkhidmatan Veterinar Labuan for the crucial surgeries and vaccinations of stray dogs and cats. Another substantial allocation, RM 253.10, was dedicated to rewarding our dedicated supporters and expressing our gratitude for their invaluable contributions. Our careful management also ensured the efficient use of resources. Transportation and petrol costs remained lower than expected due to strategic vehicle maintenance and a promotional rental agreement, aligning with our budget commitments.
Additional expenses totalling RM 38.52 for advertising and RM 12.50 for printing were necessary to bolster awareness and support for our ongoing activities, which were not initially budgeted but proved essential. After covering all costs and expenses, a surplus of RM 107.64 remained. This surplus will be directed to Stray Free Labuan to support transportation for volunteers during the upcoming operation week for stray animals and vaccination scheduled for the second week of July 2024.
