什么是青少年性教育？
性教育是个人对自我定位、人际和亲密关系的课题上建立及发展出其态度、信念和价值观的一种终生学习过程。这其中就包含了提供资讯、探索情感、价值理念，发展沟通、决策能力以及批判性思考，好叫各人在生理、心理、社会文化以及灵性上的层面有所得着。性教育的范围应该涵盖了父母和师长们的参与角色。正确的性教育会带给青少年们身心灵的保护和成长。
FLY CENTRE性教育的愿景
在学校和青少年领域中推动与分享一个全方位观念的性教育工作坊，并引导青少年们明白性的真貌，并建立一个健康平衡、安全可靠、满足定位的青春期人生。

1. 在团队扩展和运作中寻找可使之持续成长的财务支持
2. 创意、创立和创建有水准的工作坊活动和性教育资料给与学校
3. 支持学校在性教育辅导和最新资讯分享的操作
4. 培训参与团队的义务协调员
5. 设立与私人机构和其他非政府组织对投资性教育行列的伙伴关系
6. 从性教育树立切合时代的真确两性品格
7. 提高父母与校方对于青少年避免性侵害的危机意识
What is Sexuality Education
Sexuality education is a lifelong process of acquiring information and forming attitudes, beliefs, and values about such important topics as identity, relationships, and intimacy. It addresses the socio-cultural, biological, psychological, and spiritual dimensions of sexuality by providing information; exploring feelings, values, and attitudes;
and developing communication, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills. Sexuality Education should include parents and teachers, for the rightful sexuality education will grow our youth in body, mind and soul.
The VISION
Promote and share holistic concept of relationship and gender education among primary and secondary schools, ensuring our youth to progress with healthy, safety and fulfilling time in their age of puberty.
Why Sexuality Education？
1. Many feel embarrass to teach our youth about true dimension of sexuality education and information
2. Many feel inadequate to understand about true dimension of sexuality education and information
3. Many feel relax to allow our youth to explore sexuality without right boundaries
4. Many feel scare to communicate with youth concerning their perspective of sexuality
5. Many feel reluctant to struggle with the rebellious youth in their confuse of sexuality
The GOAL
1. Grow sustainable donation and revenue resources in expanding our team and operation serving to schools students.
2. Create， setup and deliver quality workshops to schools students and supportive material to schools.
3. Support school staff inclusive of counselling and information updates about students’ progress in workshops.
4. Train volunteers to join our team for various schools.
5.Partnership with private and non NGO company to bring awareness of the social concern issues among youth.
6. Character building through gender respect and understanding
7. Create awareness among parents and schools concerning prevention of sexuality crisis among youth
RISKS AND CHALLENGES
性教育这回事本来就是一个传统系统中不可说、不可听、不可看、不可理的范围；因此，要在亚洲推广一个真正关乎性教育的真貌，毕竟会面对思维限制的挑战。
但是，如果性教育的真貌很健全的被呈现出来时，领受的不单是知识，而是一个全面的两性价值观提升和成长。

About Me
Work as a Senior Engineer in Electronic Engineering in his early profession; serve in Medical electronics, R & D and technical consultation sector. Graduate from England with First Class Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), now also serve as a Senior Pastor leading a church in Georgetown. Involve in Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) actively; organizing character-based sex education workshop for youth since 2007. Help young people setup Persatuan Belia Georgetown (PPBM5906/10) under the coverage of Kementerian Belia Dan Sukan. Trained under Focus on the Family – No Apologies Youth program. He actively involved in planning and facilitating Youth Camp, Motivational Workshop, Self-Learning one- stop music school, Primary/Secondary Sex Education and Youth Leadership Seminar. He started up FLY Centre in 2015, focusing in delivering the truth of sex education and leadership training; through sharing, dialogue, seminar, game learning process, to enable youth grow in maturity and away from the confusion of sex. Beside he also provides advice and counselling in the topic of gender development. In 2019, he plan to start “Parents Classroom - a life-long learning” platform. He is now being authorized by Sexuality Information and Education Council of United States (SIECUS) to do translation of their handbook named “Guidelines for Comprehensive Sexuality Education” into Chinese version. He is authorized to use the said handbook localized for the youth in Malaysia. 在职场初期投入电子工程业务，服务于电子医疗Medical Electronic、产品研发R & D以及技术顾问行列。毕业于英国电子工程系荣誉学士B.Eng（Hon），现为基督教会的主任牧师。在2007年开始投入非政府机构组织，为中文小学与中学启办了一系列的性教育工作坊与讲座。在2010年时期协助青少年在马来西亚青年体育部之下（Kementerian Belia dan Sukan）注册了一所乔治市青年协会，专以引介各个不同专业背景的讲师承办青少年户外活动和音乐舞蹈、生命激励营会、音乐坊、中小学性教育课程等、品性讲座会以及领袖培训。 在投入八年的青少年活动之际，与许多师长和父母对话过程中，发觉性教育在学府和家庭中面对执行的挑战，以及父母和学生们在性教育认识的缺乏，于2015年初就创办了FLY Centre，与学校配搭量身定制，专注于传递性教育和品格的真貌和重要性，并与学生们互动聆听分享，为要使他/她们可以在青春期成长中远离对性成熟的误解和迷茫。此外，也为学校提供学生两性关系问题的辅导与咨询。在2019年开始，将启动父母与老师性教育学堂（P & T Classroom），为 “父母与性教育终生学习”设立沟通平台。 现也被美国性教育与资讯委员会Sexuality Information and Education Council of United States (SIECUS)授权，为该委员会的性教育指南翻译成华语版本，并且在马来西亚校园品性教育教导中使用。
