As a product designer myself, I can fully understand the problems designers face.
Starting a design agency gave me the opportunity to speak with many clients, helping me understand their point of views and the problems in the market now.
This is why I started Rtist, where we can be a neutral third party to resolve any issues between clients and designers, protecting everyone’s interests fairly and easing their worries. After a year of preparation and market testing, we developed a special fee structure for the benefits of both parties, creating a win-win situation.

Today, we already have 510 designers and 380 clients on our platform.

The Problems We Are Facing Now:
1) Insufficient manpower to cope with an ever-increasing customer base
2) Insufficient manpower to serve clients throughout Malaysia

Thanks to our clients’ enthusiastic response and support, we are currently developing an Intelligent Matching System to benefit an even larger customer base.
