We want to raise at least 15K and above and any extra funding will go into developing our online platforms, website, and promotions. Every single of your support is helping us turning our Creative ‘IDEA’ to print Complex Artwork. Niche product for a niche market. The complex artwork can be printed on t-shirt, garments, mugs, caps etc. can be a Personal gifts, and it can be Gifts for birthday's, engagement, marriage, event which cannot be found in fashion retail stores. The receiver of this Gift will remember the particular event and can use the Precious Gift (T-shirt) for a very long time. 

OUR STORY

Established in 2013, One Shelly Shop (OSS) is the predecessor of Triple N Enterprise and has over 15 years of experience supplying custom-made uniforms to Large-Corporation, government link companies, big and small enterprises. OSS is a family business of 6 members (all experience in IT and Skill full knowledge, all participating in the business activities.) Our company is based in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. We started our business from our house, securing orders and outsourcing these orders to our chain of suppliers. We are agents for Gildan, Anvil, Crossrunner, Fruit, and Loom, Oren Sports, and various others well-known Brands. Our business model is based on Distributor prices and not retail, where our customers benefit in terms of cost.

In 2015, OSS moved into a 200.s.f. shop lot at D’Alamanda, Cheras. We had an ‘IDEA’ using the concept “YOU IMAGINE WE PRINT” and we saw a market for customized printing designs on t-shirts. We purchased an A3 Heat Press Machine, Cameo Silhouette Software and a Transfer Paper Printing Machine, including a laptop with an AI software. We marketed this ‘IDEA’ using Vinyl (PU) and for pictures (Transfer Paper Printing) through our social media network; Instagram, Carousell, Facebook and various other online platforms. The response was very good from all states of Malaysia, including East and West.

 The customers have a choice to select from 400 over designs in our social media networks; (i.e. Instagram and Carousell) or their OWN DESIGNS. 

We saw a need for expansion. We rented a shop lot ground floor, 1100.s.f. at a new condominium shopping complex at Shamelin Star Residences, Shamelin Perkasa, Cheras. We found this ‘IDEA’ very encouraging to us, a space also for virtual apparel store where our online customers either can visit our store or process their orders through our online platforms. Delivery with POSLAJU is delivered within 3 days (Peninsular States) – (East and West Malaysia), 5 days.

Optional also for them to drop by to our Store to collect their printed design t-shirt. This saves them from delivery fees. With the above Marketing Strategy and Promotions – Flyers, walk-in customers. This created a trust between our customers and our self. Regular promotions giving discounts, vouchers and sometimes renting a booth at shopping malls, colleges and universities. Through these, we gathered 3000 over Active followers and customers and continuing….

WHY WE DO CROWDFUNDING?

Recently, we have customers sending in complex artworks. Quite a number of times we have to decline these orders although the customers are willing to pay the price, Unfortunately, we are unable to produce these complex artwork printing on t-shirts, other garments, premium products (i.e. Mugs, Caps etc.) with our present machine equipment, software and materials. We can outsource these types of printing and complex designs to our suppliers, but the following:

1. Cost is high to process and we will not be competitive.

2. We have no control over the qualities of artwork production and printing it on the t-shirt and apparel.

3. Delivery has to be depended on the time availability of the suppliers. So, we cannot guarantee the delivery dates.

HOW WE SOLVE THESE PROBLEMS? 

We have researched in the market for the printing solution for our complex artwork printing on t-shirts and apparel. We have selected this machine from our supplier:

“Laser Dark No Cut Printing” machine which includes the full package of one A4 heat press machine and materials for this process of printing. Laser Transfer will print your picture without a problem and no unwanted background and can be printed on the garment. Laser Transfer printing will leave a high glossy effect on the design and it gives a very soft touch to it. When it comes to photograph and more complex artworks, this type of printing will produce a result that is unobtainable via any other printing methods as far as we are aware in the market.

OUR BUDGET PLAN 

Laser Dark (No-Cut) is the fast and efficient transfer paper which allows printing full colour, high street quality results onto a vast array of textiles and materials. Such as; Cotton, Polyester, Polycotton, Nylon (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Polo Shirts, Caps, Towels etc) and also Paper/Carton/ Book covers. Laser Dark No Cut feels like DTG printing and Silkscreen with vector and rasterizes image.
