OLM simplify the process of learning as a student can learn anywhere and anytime. After fundamental Mandarin learning for 72 sessions, students can freely choose their language coach (the person who practice speaking Mandarin with students) on the topic that they interested in. This makes the learning more fun so that student will have a better commitment to learning Mandarin.

Those retirees or homemakers are professional or expertise and have great experiences in their field before. Talent retention or asset utilisation is what we can leverage on in this shared knowledge world now.

What we will do is a MATCH-MAKING process between students and professional language coach. Language coaches are not only providing Mandarin speaking coaching but also sharing their professional experience to students as well.

Recently we just back from RISE conference in Hong Kong. We met a lot of Philipino, Emiratis and etc. Feedback is great that they are so eager to learn Mandarin because there is numerous job opportunity created in China. One of it is the domestic helper. They are looking for our help because the Mandarin course in their county is about USD 20 per hours whereas our program price range from USD 4/hr to USD 15/hr. So they are looking for an alternative.
