As everyone knew from the previous update that the school has received the hand sanitizers and handwashes that were delivered to them. Through this update, our group wants to show appreciation to all supporters of this project by giving an official thank you and we also would like to give a proper update on the reasons why we amended our initial project. So hereby, deep down our hearts, we would like to sincerely thank all the supporters that have supported this project because of you, we are able to achieve the targeted funds which make this project a success.

We deeply apologize that we have amended the project activity instantaneously when the crowdfunding is still on-going. The reason why we amended the project of repainting the cafeteria walls to donating hand sanitizer and handwash to the school is because of the Covid-19 the government has initiated a Movement Control Order (MCO) starting on 18 March 2020 to curb the spread of Covid-19. During the MCO period, we are not allowed to do any outside activities in a group which includes the wall painting. In the beginning, our group has decided to wait until the MCO period to be over and continue with this project but unfortunately, lady luck was not on our side because the MCO period keeps adding-on which we understand and respect the government’s decision however, this makes us to be uncertain on when can we carry out the repainting of the cafeteria walls. So without dragging everyone’s time on the progress for the initial project, our group has decided to alter the project into donating hand sanitizers and handwashes to the school for the school’s student and staff to use which is quite fitting to curb this pandemic.

We also would like to thank the SJK(C) Chi Wen staff and administration for letting us help out the school and understanding the amendments of our project. We also apologize that we cannot fulfill our first project, but we hope that the school can benefit from the new project which is the supplies of hand sanitizer and hand wash.

Last but not least, thank you for all the supports that you have given us on through-out this project.

Total we had finish donate 72 units hand wash Dettol with 250ml and 40 units of hand sanitizer with 500ml to  SJK(C) Chi Wen for their school cafeteria and washroom to enhance the hygiene level of the school after COVID-19. 

This is the receipt of these two products with a total of RM1336.49 and our items were safe to shooting to SJK(C) Chi Wen.

Last, Thank you for all support to our this project to enhance the hygiene level of the school. On the other hand to take care of students from COVID-19. In addition, thank you for SJK(C) Chi Wen to give their full cooperation with our team.

Due to COVID-19, our team would like to change our project to enhance the hygiene level of the school. We would purchase hand sanitizer and hand wash to SJK(C) Chi Wen since these two products as a necessary product if students are allowed to go to school to enhance the hygiene level of the school. Therefore, this project would protect students by the COVID-19, and parents will not worry about school hygiene. In addition, we would place hand sanitizer and hand wash in the school cafeteria and washroom to take care of the hygiene of the student.

Objective 

1. Enhance the importance of hygiene of the student after COVID-19.

2. Protect student after COVID-19.

3. Provide a hygiene environment for the student.
