不断有青少年选择结束生命，有情绪问题的学生越来越多。这样沉重的新闻，够了；我们想为这个社会，以及下一代的孩子们做一些事。

社会的问题 The Issues Our World Is Facing:

社会里，有许多孩子无法专注在正规的学术教育上，只对感兴趣的事情有动力和专注。但往往家长及老师们会误以为孩子是懒惰及学习力不佳，所以他们会对孩子失望及打骂，希望孩子们可以成为所谓成绩好的“好学生”。以成绩来评断孩子的优劣，是整个亚洲社会的教育正在做的事。用同样模式的理性教育政策来教导千千万万不同个性的孩子们，却要他们在同个模式里拼出第一，这不只有欠公平，同时也让许多成绩不好的孩子长期处在极度压抑，否定，消极与自我放纵的思维里成长，他们的情绪无法抒发。当他们毕业后，若没有得到适当的教导，容易碰到失败就选择放弃生命。

Today, numerous students are unable to focus on formal academic education and are only motivated and focused on what is interesting. But often parents and teachers will mistakenly think that children are lazy and poor learning, leading to scolding and disappointment, while the students live in their context of ‘good student’ forvever. It is common to find among Asian society where the quality of a children is often judged by their achievements. Using the same old traditional model to teach thousands of children with different personalities is nearly madness. It is not only unfair, but also results in extreme depression, negativity, self-doubt, and more. As a result, they carry that mentality into the real world, thinking that their lives are meant to be a failure. 

另外，马来西亚也拥有许多富有艺术天赋的人才，但往往因为无法得到稳定的收入转而从事其他的行业，埋没了他们的艺术天份。主要的原因出在，国内的教育与社会还没有重视及专注培养艺术这个领域。同时许多艺术家本身并没有得到正规的教导，全凭自我摸索来学习，所以很难在瓶颈里突破。艺术家除了拥有技术以外，他们不善与人沟通，不善带领组织，不善管理自我情绪，以及不善以企业规格来经营艺术事业，种种原因导致失败告终。

In addition, you will be surprised with the tremendous amount of talented performing artists in Malaysia, but often because of the inability to obtain sustainable income, they engaged in other industries, and buried their talents for good. The main reason is that the education and society in the country have not paid attention to and focused on the field of art. At the same time, many talents did not get formal guidance, which eventually led to them choosing to let go of their passion and practice the infamous lesson taught by most – ‘be realistic’. Many more factors like lack of effective communication, leadership, emotion mastery, business experience are also contributing to the current phenomena.

经调查，艺术是一切情感的出口。在往后十年人类社会被机器与电脑所取代的高科技竞争下，人类的自我审判能力，情感控制，创意及勇于挑战的态度才能成为更宝贵的资产，让我们可以在社会里成为突出的卓越人才。

We all know that human society will be replaced by machines and computers in the next ten years. However, many things have gone wrong with the highly interdependent modern global civilization. Since 18th century, the spirit of enlightenment, which emphasizes that rational thinking is higher than perceptual emotion, has begun to become unworkable and even counterproductive.

Through investigation, we know that art leads the expression of all emotions. With the high technology competition, the human's self-judgment ability, emotion mastery, creativity and empowering attitudes are the precious assets; allowing us to stand out.

我们开开办一所  《艺术启智学校》！

要为孩子们及正在成长的青少年，特别设计具有人性化与个性化的 "艺术启智课程". 以艺术为主，透过课程让孩子培养二十一世纪最关键的五种关键技能：

文凭制度进展 Progress of Certification/Endorsement:

1. 目前已获得 MCSA Foundation (Malaysia Community Service Alliance Foundation) 的认可， 并可在未来合颁受政府承认的文凭. 同时 MCSA Foundation 将为此课程申请政府资助的奖学金，提供贫困孩童就业的机会.

2. 目前正与台湾及美国洽谈合作事项，将来毕业生可到国外深造就学.

-Currently acknowledged by MCSA Foundation (Malaysia Community Service Alliance Foundation), and potentially be endorsed for recognised Diploma Certification in the future. At the same time, MCSA Foundation will apply for a government-funded scholarship for this course to provide opportunities for the under-privileged students.

-Currently working with organizations in Taiwan and the United States for potential collaborations, the future graduates could stand a chance to study abroad.

Mega Movement 是一间社会企业，我们建立了一个艺术平台来整合本地表演艺术人才，共同推广本地表演艺术文化.

表演艺术包含舞蹈，戏剧，歌唱，魔术及一切关于艺术家使用肢体与声音来呈献的演出.

Performing art involves dance, drawing, opera, singing, magic or any discipline that involves a performer to use their voice or body to convey artistic expression.

Mega Movement 建立的艺术家平台里，有一间中心，可以让来自各界的老师及学院都能在 Mega Movement 以最优惠的租金来开办课程. 同时资源整合，共同合作.

Instead of being just another performing art school, Mega Movement aims to be an international platform that brings instructors together under a single movement. In a concentrated effort, it allows instructors access to a larger group of students. This also free instructors from the getting tied up in the business aspect and allow them to fully concentrate on developing talents.

Mega Movement provides good learning environment and offers affordable rental for student and teacher to run classes and further develop their career. We provide shared resources for instructors to conduct activities that are beneficial for the promotion of Malaysia performing art culture.. This encourages instructors to collaborate instead of competing with each other.

As a self sustainable company, Mega Movement uses creative method to generate revenue. One example is by turning one of our room into a multipurpose hall, where we rented out to corporate for various events at RM1500 per day.

目前，Mega Movement 也正筹办全马来西亚最大型的 Kpop 舞蹈比赛，积极推广表演艺术文化.

Besides that, we also generate revenue by hosting other related events. For example, we are currently organizing Malaysia’s largest K-Pop competition, that boasts over 1000 participants.

 

Mega Movement 尽力进行社会企业责任，我们创办了协助单亲妈妈脱贫的美人鱼市集 The Mermaid Market, 协助孩童通过学习来成为卓越领袖的 Dance For Love, 以及艺术家们聚集发挥创意讨论的会议.

On top of our social enterprise model, Mega Movement emphasized corporate social responsibility on our daily activities. We empower the single mother community through Mermaid Market, our signature charity event. We also help children through our Dance For Love, a volunteer project under our company. As for local performing artists, we have Artstorming Day to help them through various challenges.
