I am a final year degree student currently taking a degree in International Financial Economics at Universiti Malaysia Sabah Kampus Antarabangsa Labuan.
ABOUT PROJECT
Project SULAM UMSKAL is a collaborative effort between students from University Malaysia Sabah Labuan International Campus (UMSKAL) and the Kelab Belia Anak Layangan (KEBAL). The project has two primary objectives to assist Puan Junaidi Bt. Adau, a 66-year-old woman living with her grandchildren in poor conditions, by painting and refurbishing their home to provide a better living environment, and to donate 10 food baskets to 10 underprivileged families identified by KEBAL. We appreciate your support for our project and thank you very much.
Projek SULAM UMSKAL merupakan usaha kerjasama antara pelajar Universiti Malaysia Sabah Kampus Antarabangsa Labuan (UMSKAL) dan Kelab Anak Layangan (KEBAL). Projek ini mempunyai dua objektif utama: untuk membantu Puan Junaidi Bt. Adau, wanita berusia 66 tahun yang tinggal bersama cucu-cucunya dalam keadaan susah, dengan mengecat dan membersihkan rumah mereka bagi menyediakan persekitaran kehidupan yang lebih baik, serta menyumbangkan 10 bakul makanan kepada 10 keluarga kurang berkemampuan yang dikenal pasti oleh KEBAL. Kami menghargai sokongan anda untuk projek kami dan terima kasih banyak.
RISKS AND CHALLENGES
The primary risks and challenges in crowdfunding for Project SULAM UMSKAL include limited outreach and awareness, which may prevent the campaign from reaching its funding goals, and the need to establish trust and credibility by providing verifiable information and ensuring transparency about fund usage. Additionally, competition from other campaigns, potential donor fatigue, and limited marketing resources can hinder the campaign's visibility. Logistical challenges in executing the project and compliance with legal and tax regulations also pose risks. Addressing these issues through clear communication, strategic planning, and effective marketing is crucial for success.
