A fantastic way to immerse you into the country’s culture and develop your Korean language skills in a short period of time is by PRACTICE.
So, here we propose “Practice Makes Perfect” program in Dongdaemun Market. In this program, we are divided into groups and try to implement any Korean daily language to communicate with Korean community.
In order to perform this activity, I encouraged my team to learn basic Korean communication with me being the teacher. It was so much fun that I couldn’t resist my laughter!
Furthermore, one of the best parts of our project is that we are given the opportunity to visit Prince Sultan Islamic School in Itaewon, Korea. There are lots of interesting activities can be done with Korean students such as language quizzes and exchange culture between two countries. We focus on communication so that we’ll have plenty of opportunities to use the language in meaningful everyday situations. We also have the opportunity to take part in a whole range of cultural activities together.
We have experiences in handling kids around 7-12 years old during our activities in Malaysia. One of the activities are “Kem Tahsin Solat” which was was held at Surau Al-Wardah Taman Mawar, Sepang, Selangor.
In this program, we provide teaching and learning that covers Wudhu’, Tahsin Al-Fatihah and performing Salah perfectly. Students are able to correct their mistakes while performing prayer and learn new things by understanding the meaning of Surah Al-Fatihah.
Besides Islamic Princes School, visiting Korea Halal Export Association is a must. This place helps Korean companies enter the Halal market such as the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Central Asia without difficulties through the projects. There are online marketing and promotion for the Halal products and exports consulting services.
