ABOUT PROJECT
Each HALO includes a 15ml BASELINE fragrance bottle. Depending on your selected mode, one bottle can last up to 45 days.

The HALO Founding 100 Experience is strictly for supporters able to attend in Johor Bahru. The confirmed event date and full details will be sent after the campaign closes.

One approved club logo design will be engraved across all five HALO units. Delivery is within Malaysia to one address.

We will post campaign updates through MyStartr and communicate transparently if any material change affects fulfilment.
RISKS AND CHALLENGES
Production and fulfilment
HALO is a physical product. Supplier lead times, component availability and packaging preparation may affect the final fulfilment schedule. Our current restock lead time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks, and we have set November 2026 as the estimated nationwide delivery window to allow time for final quality checks and fulfilment.
Fragrance and product quality
Each HALO unit and fragrance bottle will undergo a final quality check before dispatch. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, HALO includes a 1-year warranty. We will work directly with affected supporters to resolve verified product issues.
Shipping
This campaign provides delivery within Malaysia only. Delivery timing may vary by location, courier capacity and public holidays. Tracking details will be provided when orders are dispatched.
HALO Founding 100 Experience
The Johor Bahru experience venue and event partner have been confirmed. The final event date will be scheduled after the campaign closes, taking confirmed supporters’ availability into account. HALO units will be collected at the event; no shipping is provided for this reward. Confirmed supporters will receive the event date and full details after the campaign closes.
Our commitment
We will post campaign updates through MyStartr and communicate transparently if any material change affects fulfilment. If the Fixed Funding target is not reached, supporters will be refunded according to MyStartr’s campaign process.
