Throughout the crowdfunding activity, we have received an amount of RM 1810.00 from donation funds on the crowdfunding platform called Mystartr. We also received an offline donation with amount RM 750.00. So, our total received amount from the donation is RM 2560.00. The total expenses of this activity is RM 2560.00 including the service charges and the service tax from Mystartr. This means that we do not facing the overspending problem as there is no surplus expenses. Due to the pandemic Covid-19, we do not use the received funds to buy the necessities things and give to the center which mentioned in our proposal. But the amount which is RM 2205.69 after deducted the expenses include the service charges and the service tax from Mystartr, postage, rewards to the supporters and the remaining amount which is RM 2205.69 are all donated to the third party.
For the reward part, we had sent out 20 rewards to the person who had fulfill the criteria. Some of the supporters did not want any reward eventhough he or she had reached our criteria. So we had calculate and reorganize our financial report. Our total expenses on reward is just RM 80.00 plus the postage RM 82.45 which total is RM 162.45. Moreover, the 10% service charge will be charged based on the donation funds received from Mystartr which is RM 181.00 and 6% service tax charged from Mystartr which is RM 10.86.
Greetings to all of our donors and supporter!!! We just want you all to know that we had already transfer the fund to Persatuan Kebajikan Kanak-Kanak Bestari in Segamat, Johor by 3/7/2021 for a total RM2,205.70 after deducted all the cost. You may review the table under Financial Report for a details information. We have done it in 2 ways which is online platform and offline platform. This is because some of the elderly does not get used to the latest smartphone and we decide to carry out offline crowdfunding campaign too. Last but not least, we are really grateful for your care and contribution to the orphanage. Since now we are in pandemic situation, we are unable to go out and buy the basic neccesities that is listed under expenses table. So we have a deep discussion with the person in charge for the centre and we have conclude it with bringing only cash and hand it to the owner.
