1. Lack of Transparency
The fear of donors’ lack of trust in our organization is on the line as we are new to the world of the fundraising campaign. This could lead to a lack of donors and supporters. The team will organize a weekly public post about our organization to provide accurate information to the community, which then able to minimize the said risk.
2. Underachieved Target
The team is well aware of this risk which might most probably be due to the downward economic trend occurring in the country, which may cause the lack amount of donations per donor.
3. Unintentional Donor Direspect
Unintentional donor disrespect is the last thing we want as it could lead to a bad impression of the management of the fundraising campaign. The team highly appreciates donors that support 9 this fundraising, and we are happy to serve inquiries brought up by the community. To avoid potential risks as such, the team is encouraged to answer such inquiries in the given set of time to avoid any miscommunications that could lead to unintentional donor disrespect
4. Lack of Acknowledgement
The community might not be aware of ongoing going campaigns. This could lead a to lack of donors and supporters and a failure of the project. To minimize the risk, the team are encouraged to do engaging post to promote the fundraising campaign.
