About Me
I am Desmond, originated from Johor Bahru. I didn’t study hard when I was young. It caused me spend more time to explore and understand things compared with my top-student friends. From several struggling working experience, I fully aware that non-stop learning and innovative idea are the important element for success. After finish my secondary study, I joined shipyard maintenance company for 2 years, used to manage a team consisted of 300 people. I had been involved in Event Management as well, arrange promotion and advertisement event for over 50 brands including P&G, TIGER, DUNHILL, HEINEKEN, 100 PLUS etc. Unconsciously, I also spent 13 years as Regional Marketing and Business Development in manufacturing, oil and gas sector. From self exploring, troubleshooting to be a superior who responsible to develop a team, I find sharing and learning together with people motivates me to move on and grow.
