ABOUT PROJECT
创业的源：
4年前曾与一位朋友开始了补习的行业，成立资本不多，当时为了招生想尽各种方法，昂贵的实体广告又登不起，最后只好半夜到街上挂上违法的布条。
经过那次的经验，觉得教育工作者除了要做好教育这一块以外，他们也面对市场计划和推广的挑战。看到不少有心的教育者因为缺乏推广而结业是我觉得最遗憾的事。
2018 年 11月，一个课程偶然让我认识了 5 位一起上课的学员，
在课程中感谢团队中一名学员提议做连接教育者和学生平台的APP，萌起了我当年对教育工作者的遗憾，众思之下我们想出了 育萌之星 APP 整个初步的概念，就开始了育萌之星的筹备之路。
育萌之星是什麽？
由源生根：
育萌之星是集合大批教育者和学生的一个平台，学生要找他们想上的课程变得在单指之间，教育者也省下课程推广上的时间，这样他们可以更专注课程的改进，从而达成双赢的局面。
而这次的参加大赛主要的目的是为了证明我们项目的概念是被大家所认同的，
并以筹募的 RM8000作为圆梦工厂创业大赛的报名费，再通过比赛来获得融资以获得应用程序开发和市场营销的启动基金。
在这里希望能够获得大家的支持，让育萌之星能够为教育界做出一点改变，即使是一点，我们也觉得值得了。

How Edumonstar Start ?
Four years ago, I started a tuition business with a friend. We start in low capital. We tried various of way to enroll more students to join our course. There is not many way to gain more exposure at that time. In the end, I had to hang on the street in the middle of the night while couldn’t afford other expensive advertisements.
I feel that Educator not only facing challenge in getting better on teaching syllabus, while educators also facing the challenges of market planning and promotion. I feel sad seeing some of the enthusiastic educator closed down the business due to lack of marketing.
In November 2018, I attend a course and I get to know 5 students who were in class together.
Throughout the course, I thanked to a team member for proposing to make an app that provide a platform to connects the educators and the student platform. Its reminded me the regrettable feel happend 4 years ago. Under the thought, we came up with the whole preliminary concept of the Edumonstar. That's how Edumonstar started.
Edumonstar provide a platform that accumulate large number of educators and students. Students can look for various of courses they want with few taps, while educator can save a lot of cost, time and effort on marketing the courses so that they can more focus on the improvement of the courses.
The main purpose of this competition is to prove that the concept of our project is recognized by everyone.
The fundraising RM8000 is used as the registration fee for the DreamWorks Entrepreneurship Competition, and we will obtain financing for the start-up fund for application development and marketing throughout the competition.
I wish to get everyone's support and let Edumonstar make a little change for the education industry. Its worth to do for what ever benefit changes to Education sector

RISKS AND CHALLENGES
1. 教育者对于这类推广模式的接受程度还新，需要花较多时间和人力来解释和让顾客认同
2. 软件APP开发成本高，需要较高的资金来开发和维护技术团队。

After 12 years of working in network security, I partnered with a friend to establish a tuition center , but we faced many challenges on gaining market exposure. In year 2018, I got to know a group of friends while attending a course, and we decided to develop a new marketing way for educators and learners, thus Edumonstar is born. Edumonstar is a mobile app platform that allows centres or private tutors to market their course easily. Students can find their intended courses in few clicks with the huge data analysis provided, while Educator can market their courses in a more effective way. We wish to develop a more innovative and healthy education sector with this win-win business model.
