For over 20 years, I’ve worked closely with businesses and watched how customer experiences shape loyalty, trust, and growth. But over time, I began noticing something worrying. Many local businesses were struggling harder than ever. Marketing costs kept rising, profit margins kept shrinking, and rewards slowly became nothing more than endless discounts and noisy promotions.
