我是爱雅， 三个孩子的妈妈，也是两个特儿孩子的妈妈。 我拥有12年制造业职场经验， 曾在市场营销、销售、采购、物流及人力资源等多个部门工作。 这些经历，让我理解一个企业是如何运作的。 在这段过程中，我也开始尝试小小创业， 摆市集、卖果干、果酱。 孩子从小就跟着我在市集里穿梭。 我也是一个持续学习的人， 拥有不同身份： 和谐粉彩准指导员、天使灵气执行师、OSH TTT Trainer 等。 两年前，孩子确诊 ADHD 与 Dyslexia。 那段时间，我也正处在人生的转折点。 我暂停下来， 不只是寻找一份工作， 而是开始思考—— 有没有一种生活， 是孩子也可以参与的？ 机缘之下，我们参与了学校义卖会， 我重新摆起了摊位。 紫米饭团，也在那时慢慢开始。 去年9月尾， 我带着不到6个月大的孩子， 正式走上创业这条路。 这一路，不只是我的成长， 孩子也在一起成长。 紫米饭团之所以与众不同， 源自一个很简单的原因—— 孩子需要更全面的营养。 也让我更深刻体会到： 饮食的多元与原型食物的重要。 因此，才有了今天的 Crafted Bites。 一个以杂粮紫米饭团为核心的品牌， 让食客可以自由选择饭底、配料与酱料。 Crafted Bites 不只是一个餐饮品牌。 我们希望提供更健康的饮食选择， 也希望创造一个空间， 让孩子可以参与、学习，并慢慢建立自信。 一边做食物， 一边经营生活。 慢慢走出一条， 属于自己的路。 I’m Ayya, a mother of three — including two children with special needs. I spent 12 years in the manufacturing industry, working across multiple departments — from marketing and sales to procurement, logistics, and human resources. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of how businesses operate from different perspectives. Along the way, I also started small — setting up market stalls selling dried fruits and homemade products. Even back then, my children were already growing up in this environment, moving alongside me through the markets. I am also someone who loves learning, with experiences as a pastel art instructor, angel reiki practitioner, and OSH trainer. Two years ago, my children were diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia. At the same time, I was going through a transition in my career. I paused — not just to look for another job, but to search for a different path for my children and our future. By chance, we participated in a school fair, and I returned to setting up a stall again. That was when the idea of the purple rice roll quietly began. Since last September, I began this journey seriously — even with my baby who was less than six months old. This journey is not just about my own growth, but about growing together with my children. What makes our rice rolls different comes from a very personal place. Because of my children, I became more aware of nutrition and the importance of real, balanced food. That is how Crafted Bites was created — a multigrain purple rice roll brand that allows customers to choose their base, ingredients, and sauces. Crafted Bites is built on a simple intention: to offer healthier food choices, and to create a space where children can participate, learn, and grow. I am not just making food. I am building a way of living — where growth happens naturally, and slowly. Cooking, while learning how to live. Step by step, creating a path that is truly our own.
