As an engineering student in Taylor's University, we personally understand and experience the challenges that is faced as a student. The wide range of workload and the intensity of the studies are very demanding even for young adults such as ourselves. Even a conducted studies have concluded that the average attention span of a student is only up to 20 minutes while the whole session of lecture class has a duration of 2 hours. From time to time, suplements are introduced to help increase concentration and the focus in our studies. However, the cost for supplements are not always cheap as to why we op for another cheaper solution; Candies in a small care packaging.

For this crowfunding project, we are planning to raise funds to create a free candies package for all project. Thus the tittle; Candies 4 Batteries. We are hoping to give away candies and sweets to any students and staff at Taylor's University to help them cope with their daily activities as well as studies. The cheap, feasible, abundance and various flavour of choice from a candies offer a much sweeter solution than using supplements.

Idea - How does your product/service differ from the value propositions of other similar products or services?

By providing student/staff with an early morning candy care package. Mints for breath, coffee for the extra energy boost, fruity flavour to enhance the taste buds before breakfast as an appetizer.

Reaching out

1. A short interview of the students that arrive in campus around 7.30 am. Asking them regarding their condition and what would help them to overcome such difficulties. Then ask them regarding the product and what are their opinion on it.
2. By reaching out to the people that experience the challenges first hand, we can increase the aware ness to other groups of people and spreading the values/benefit for the care package to exist.

Target funds to raise: Rm 100 Minimum

Budget distribution

1. Large packets of candies – Rm 15* (6 packets of 100 pieces of candies)
2. Plastics packaging – rm 10

Candies distribution

1. We will be personally distributing the candies package to any students in the campus during our free time.
2. A few special candy box will be prepared at certain location around the campus so that the student can grab one for themselves when we are not aroud.

Project initiation: The project is estimated to run throughout the month of December until we ran out of resources for distributing the candies package.

• With a busy schedule and timeline.
• It is hard to cope with the fast pace of the student life.
• it is hard to get the attention and awareness of the student.

Thus we have to close the gap personally and go out of our ways to overcome the boundaries just to make a smile on others faces.
