Our project execution day was held on 14 June 2025 at Dewan Kristal, Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat Labuan, and it went successfully with the support of our community and collaborators.

We started the day with an energetic aerobics session with the senior citizens. This activity was led by a PAWE coach and helped the seniors stay active and engaged.

After that, we served breakfast to all participants. Our team worked together to prepare and distribute the food while some members arranged the setup for the next session.

Next, we held an opening ceremony. It began with a speech by our project director, Kee Hooi Jue, followed by speeches from our project coordinator, Dr. Suzillah binti Sidek, and PAWE Labuan Chairman, Encik Dahlan bin Kassim. We also presented certificates of appreciation to the Lions Club of Labuan and PAWE Labuan. We successfully transferred the donated materials to Madam Low and PAWE Labuan.

We continued with a fun and interactive baking session in conjunction with Mother’s and Father’s Day. Seniors were divided into two groups and participated in baking treats using tools we donated to PAWE. These items will be kept at the centre for future programmes.

Lastly, our team went to visit Madam Low, the main beneficiary of our campaign. We delivered a standing fan, Neurobion medicine, NutriGain drinks, mineral water, and a folding table to help improve her daily life. We had a short conversation with her and helped arrange the items in her home.

We are very thankful to everyone who supported our campaign. This project has been a meaningful experience and allowed us to bring comfort, care, and smiles to our senior community.
