Bengbeng Sourdough 的创办人，负责产品研发与业务拓展。作为一名酸种面包师，我专注于天然发酵、优质食材，并致力于打造更健康的饮食选择。 我在疫情期间从家庭烘焙起步，逐步发展成拥有多家门店及中央厨房支持的品牌。我希望打造一个可持续、以社群为核心的餐饮品牌，让健康饮食变得更容易被大众接受。 Founder of Bengbeng Sourdough, leading product & business development. As a sourdough baker, I focus on natural fermentation, quality ingredients and creating healthy sandwiches using sourdough bread. I started Bengbeng Sourdough from a home-based bakery during the pandemic, and have since grown it into a multi-outlet brand supported by a Halal-certified production kitchen. I am passionate about building a sustainable, community-driven F&B brand that makes healthy eating convenient and more accessible.
