He knows exactly what goes into a product — from formulation to the final jar on your table. A few years ago, by chance, a Korean chocolatier taught him the art of making chocolate, which opened the door to tasting chocolate. As a result, he also came into contact with local cocoa farmers. That knowledge is precisely why he couldn't accept a market where "chocolate spread" means mostly sugar and artificial flavouring. ATAS Dark Cocoa is his answer — built with scientific rigour and a craftsman's standard.
