Hello everyone, we would like to raise a fund to cover our expenses due to limited sponsorship. We will be the first team to represent Malaysia in VEX U category. 

We will be representing Team Malaysia to compete in VEX Worlds 2017 in Louisville, Kentucky, USA on April 19, 2017.

What is VEX U?

VEX U is one of the categories where college level students compete with each other using their own engineered robot to perform certain tasks. Whoever scored higher, wins.

We believe that as VEX competition participant, "VEX Robotics offers students an exciting platform for learning about areas rich with career opportunities spanning science, technology, engineering, and mathematics."

Who are we?

We are a team of 5 aspiring to be the next champion in USA. By doing so, we hope that we are able to inculcate passion in STEM education among Malaysians. We are also first year undergraduate students from Multimedia University(MMU).

Why does it matter?

True, we are new, young, and unexperienced. That is exactly the reason! We are eager to learn more about technology. We would like to pass down the torch of knowledge to the next generation. We have won the Malaysia Open VEX Championship which allows us to continue performing in USA. Give us the opportunity one more time. We will sure to prove it back to you. 

How are we giving back?  

We are commited to spread our knowledge to the community. We are also keen to promote STEM based education to younger generation. Give us a call, and we will arrange what we can do. Be it a demonstration, or a talk, we will do it.

Our budget breakdown.

We are planning to send 4 participants to represent Malaysia in this event (best case scenario). This event will be a 7 days long event. The following is the budget for a single(1) person.

-the most, RM5000 for roundtrip flight ticket to/from Louisville, Kentucky, USA

-the most, RM2000 for 7 days accommodation, travel and meal.

We are working very hard for sponsorship. The raised fund will greatly alleviate our burden. It all depends on the budget allocated to send how many participants representing Malaysia. Therefore, each Ringgit counts, for us. For sure, we will go to the state and fulfill our aim.
