Introduction
Our mission here at 1010Food is to provide SME F&B businesses a one-stop solution for marketing, operation & management at an affordable price, allowing them save cost and easier to do business. To goal of 1010Food is to help SMEs to adopt a more technology driven businesses operation, helping every business to have big capabilites at an affordable cost. Currently under 1010food we have 3 integrated products:

1) Customer Mobile Web App - A platform for consumers to access F&B information and interact with business. In the web app consumer can find business info, digital menu, online ordering system and reward system.

2) Business Admin Panel - An admin system for businesses to view customer app analytics, manage customer app info and manage integrated reward rules with POS system

3) Cloud based Point-of-Sales system & Inventory system - An affordable POS system (RM50/month), enable customer mobile view menu and place dine-in order, comes with inventory system

How we able to help SME businesses with our solution?
1. Save Cost - On marketing side, we enable businesses to create and manage their own digital store for free. This save the need for businesses to develop and maintain their own website for marketing purpose. On operating, our POS system enable restaurant customers to view/place order via their mobile phone. This help businesses to reduce manpower (fixed cost) and able to run business efficiently with less worker. Also, we provide inventory system, supplier system (coming soon).

2. Marketing Exposure - Leveraging 1010Food as a aggregator platform, businesses listed on 1010food will be exposed to users looking to discover restaurants on our platform. One of our goal is to help new local businesses hence we will always dedicate a section to featured local businesses helping them to gain exposure at no cost. On top of that, each restaurant page, products and promotions is designed to be easily shared on social media, these allow consumers to share about you more.

Progress

All our products are live and ready to be used, through this platform we wish to reward our early adopters and build a long term relationship to gain feedback and lead us to build a better product for you.

There are product enhancement we wish to include in the future:
- Enhancement of POS system feature (eg payment terminal, table layout, etc..)
- Enhancement of inventory system
- Supplier System
 

Funding

The funding received for will be used as participation fee for Dream Factory Contest, any excess will be used for enhancement of products & marketing effort to drive awareness of potential customers.

Our team consist of 4 core person who has experience in technology business. With our know how in product development, we strive for quick product enhancement based on customer feedback to provide the best product to customers.

Tei Yuan Wei (Primary founder) - 3 years freelance web/app development, runs coding courses provider business to secondary schools and manages a retail info site with 20k visits/ month.

Lee Yew Chen (Founder) - Incumbent National Council Member and Chairman of Information Technology Community for the ACCCIM. Malaysia Business Award “Young Entrepreneur of The Year 2012.

Liew Shean Long (CTO) - Worked 2 years as software engineer in DELMIA Quintiq and 4 years of freelancing in web/app development

Chong Kuan Yoong (Tech Lead) - Worked 2 years as software engineer in DELMIA Quintiq and 3 years of freelancing in web/app development
