我把这个姜的传统注入在新的元素里，传统方法与现代技术的融合。基本必须保持的观念是新鲜烘焙，食材经过筛选，并细心处理。食谱中的灵魂是文东高山老姜，它的价值高，非常喜欢它散发出的那股清香姜味，吃的时候特有的（姜浓辛辣）辣香味，保健价值也高。是我们的健康养生零食首选！

《联美饼家》是由李水漳在1963年创办，如今已由第二代接手。在这59个年头以来，联美饼家从创业初期的家庭式经营小饼铺发展至连锁店，而“Bee’s Bakery”更成功转型面向全民的烘培品牌。在经营模式和理念的改变所带来发展及后来在二千年代初达到巅峰，一路走来过程曲折蜿蜒，几次的起伏变化，1993年的一場大火，2010年的金融危機，有如电影情节般的戏剧化。从一家门市发展到高峰32家分店，再缩小至今天的3家门市，但关键领导人物李锡循的初心从没動搖过，发揚中华传统糕点，传承华人优良食品文化。但造化弄人，潜伏了几年伺机东山再起的当兒，他卻被一场大病击倒，无奈計劃胎死腹中。联美再次经历重大打击，以后的发展也只能靠下一任的接班人Chris李錫穩來擔當！
