信义特殊儿童园地在2004年由Tadika Harmoni创办，至今已經走過第13個年頭。這些年以來在信义特殊儿童园地接受教育的特殊孩子已經長大成人。我們希望在他完成教育后可以繼續陪伴與帶領他們融入社區。因此我們希望在信义特殊儿童园地旁建設給特殊孩子的的訓練中心和培訓他們有一技之長，同時也是給特殊孩子的庇護所，讓他們可以透過自身的能力賺取生活費，同時庇護所所賺取的盈利用來支持母校的發展和開銷。新增校園是與社區鏈接的場所，在未來的空建設定是學校也是社區活動中心。讓社會上更多的人可以到社區服務弱勢群體，同時培養社區可以騰出更多的空間給特殊群體。
宗旨：
1)创建蕉賴十一哩另一个公共空间，可以让特殊儿童及青少年在这个空间建立与社会连接的机会，寻找自我的价值肯定。
2）藉著技術的啟發與教導，培養特殊青少年參與社會經濟活動，培育他們獨立生活的基本能力。
3）运用永续社区的概念，建立一所永续经营的特殊教育学校

Conservation could only be effectively done via a proper energy tracking, monitoring & automation.
Our smart energy solution for home and office is a set of smart plugs / smart cable (wireless plugs/cables and a IoT gateway with energy monitoring). The Smart Plugs does not require any installation – the user just has to plug it into an electrical outlet, connect it to a gateway and then plugin the wanted electrical device. For those electric appliances with direct current connection can use the smart cable.
