The Rewards

Dear supporters,

We already send and post the rewards (E-card, keychain, and bracelet) to every supporter. And for make sure that the rewards will not broke during the posting process, we add on bubble wrap to each reward. All supporters who donated more than RM10 will claim an E-card. While 20 supporters who donated between RM50 until RM99 had claimed an E-card plus keychain. Lastly, 11 donors who donated more than RM100 have claimed E-card, keychain, and bracelet. But some supporters are refusing to claim the rewards is because they want us to use the fund to buy more pet supplies to Stray Free Labuan. And the cost of keychain and bracelet we will still give to Stray Free Labuan even the number of keychain and bracelet that are require to post to supporters are reduce.

The Donation

Since our crowdfunding campaign has collected RM3040 which is higher than our expected collected fund. As stated previously, extra funds will be allocated in purchasing extra pet supplies. The purchased extra pet supplies are 5 units of 20 KG dog food (Hug Chicken & Rice Flavor), 2 units of 8 KG cat food (Prodiet Ocean Fish), 4 units of dog shampoo which are Dr. Pets Dog Paris Hilton PP Shampoo (3 units) and Dr. Pets Dog Ldy Gaga PP Shampoo (1 unit). And the remain fund will donate to Stray Free Labuan as a donation which is RM159.41.

The Actual Budget

In our actual budget, the expenses are grouped into 3 categories which are donation items, rewards for contributors, and MyStartr charges. Out of the collected fund (RM3040), weightage on each category of expenses are donation items (81.94%), rewards for contributors (7.46%), and MyStartr charges (16%).

Closing Report

In conclusion, we not only achieve our expected target but also even more which is 35 supporters and a total of RM3040 collected funds. Therefore, we feel very thankful and grateful for every donation from the supporters. Moreover, we also feel very thankful for some supporters that don’t want us to post the reward to them. This is because they want us to use the fund to buy more pet supplies to Stray Free Labuan. And we have also already sent and posted the reward to every supporter. Besides that, we are also very thankful for the collaboration from Stray Free Labuan especially in helping us to share the MyStartr link on their social media. As a result, we manage to collect enough and excess funds to help the Stray Free Labuan to maintain its daily operation. We believe that this not only can help to reduce the number of stray animals in Labuan but also can help to raise the awareness of stray animals in the public.
