潮州朥饼为潮州人的月饼，以猪油制成饼皮而成为特色。
外皮由金黄酥皮包裹内陷，传统潮州朥饼酥皮含有猪油，但随着市场变化，猪油接受程度逐渐下降，因而改用食用油取代。
内陷包含2层馅料，上层为红豆沙，下层为冬瓜条，桔饼，白猪肉等制作而成。潮州朥饼色泽金黄鲜艳，皮酥馅厚。
