随着现今生活的步伐越来越快而导致人们无法停下脚步放慢生活。由于 放慢步调会给人贴上散漫和懒惰的标签。而这个问题的现象严重反应着人们面对许多的压力和焦虑。
所以创作了一项project叫‘Mind forest’。而目的是想要鼓励来看audience可在这个project中释放压力。并且想要audience知道放慢步调其实不是一件坏事，一旦他们可以释放压力和放慢生活的步调。他们的生活将会明亮并充满着正能量。这就是我们取名为Mindforest的原因。
