Sultan Ibrahim Girls School (SIGS) Band will participate 2018 World Association of Marching Show Band (WAMSB) World Championship that will be held from 25th July to 29th July 2018 in Taiwan. After won Gold Medal in 2016 WAMSB in Kuala Lumpur, SIGS Band decided to continue their journey of excellent by participating 2018 WAMSB to prove that the band girls of Malaysia have their own niches and great achievement in the world marching show band.

【唤醒渴望】是一个全国性的微电影展，主要对象是马来西亚的大专生们。此影展的目的在于唤醒每位年轻的大专生对内在渴望的认知，一种觉醒。无论观众是否熟悉渴望，此影展立志于成为观众生命经历中的任何一个情节。盼望在他们生命里再次意识到与渴望相遇的瞬间时，这些微电影一幕幕的画面成为一种回响。
【唤醒渴望】允许您大笑也允许您大哭，欢迎与您的渴望尽情相遇。
此影展一共有三部以不同渴望为主题的微电影，分别为：安全感、价值感以及无条件接纳。每项作品都出自马来西亚南方大学学院传播系的学生，以各自内在的渴望逐步拼凑而成。此影展的对象为马来西亚的大专生们，并由本地导演林丽娟小姐亲自指导。此外，心里渴望的呈现也由三位学习心理辅导的学生们指导。相信这个阵容能够带出最贴近人心的、最真实的作品，与您达致共鸣。
三部关于渴望的微电影，即是成品，亦是诚品。

九十年代初，马来半岛个大专院校掀起了一股中文音乐创作旋风，带动了许多以词曲创作为基础的工作坊诞生，如理大游子吟、马大摇篮手、拉曼红砖等。随着这股旋风，音子工作坊也在本土著名音乐人瑞业的带动下，于1993年3月7日在马来西亚博特拉大学校园成立。
本着推广音乐创作风气的信念，二十一年来音子工作坊举办了大大小小的活动，其中最具知名度的莫过于一年一度的词曲创作赛『路尔奇杯』以及『大型创作发表会』。这两项活动每年都会吸引数百位来自博大校园以及个大专院校的学生参与，共赴这两场年度音乐盛宴。
今年，音子工作坊再次出发，举办『音子年度演唱会2014』，希望借此活动提供一个平台让更多大专生们表现自己的音乐梦想与态度，进而以博大校园为中心，更有效地推广马来西亚的中文词曲创作风气，提升本土创作水平。
在此，音子工作坊不忘感谢多年来各界人士的支持。希望在来临的年度演唱会里，继续有您们的支持与参与。音子工作坊，会继续走下去，以最好的本土音乐回馈大家的支持！谢谢！

Trails of Culture - KMPk Arts & Cultural Carnival 2016 is an event administrated by fellow students that includes all races at Perak Matriculation College (KMPk). This event will be held on 17th December 2016 at the college itself. The prime objective of organizing this carnival is to promote multicultural understanding and all races whilst fortifying the multiracial bonds among ourselves.
This vibrant carnival is a fusion of multicultural exhibits and performances executed simultaneously. It displays an infinite array of stimulating traditional arts and craft, cuisine, games and not to forget, a series of lively cultural performances such as martial arts and dances.
In order to render this meaningful and memorable event success, we hereby humbly request for your generous donation to help us cover some of the expenses. For further information, the expenses will be spent mainly to cover the cost of the exhibition booths, tents, lightings, stages, props and various decorations of the event. This program is an initiative that aims to introducing the Chinese Culture privileges to UMK students through 4 Season program and also the name of the University
Malaysia Kelantan. With the meaning of 1Malaysia concept , the program is seen able to describe the harmony and unity of Malaysia comprising of all races . Exhibitions related to our program will also be organized during the two days at the Multipurpose Hall University Malaysia Kelantan Jeli Campus to introduce Chinese traditions of folk to everyone in order to achieve mutual understanding between the each other .
