为了改善我们的服务水平，达到顾客的要求，我们决定放弃惯用的雇佣制，而改成员工合伙人制。
一个企业的规模等于这个企业有多少人为它操心。
Falcao's Cat Farm不属于个人资产，它的收入于Pet Groomer的收入挂钩。
每个Pet Groomer都是我们的合伙人，我们支持Pet Groomer在这个平台带更多的新人加入这个industry。
